14-day refund guarantee
We offer a full refund on any purchase made on reAImagine.work within 14 days of the transaction date, no questions asked. This applies to all products including Acumen Engine sessions and Verified Badge assessments.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email debu@shimpartners.com with the subject line "Refund request" and your order details. We will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Payments processed by Paddle
All payments on reAImagine.work are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax compliance, and refund fulfilment on our behalf. If you have a payment dispute, you may also contact Paddle directly at paddle.com/support.
